We've arranged to have two shuttles take guests to and from the wedding and hotels throughout the evening. Hotel pickup schedule is as follows:
Shuttle #1 -
3:30pm - Four Seasons pick up
3:40pm - Westlake Village Inn pick up
4:10pm - Hyatt pick up
Shuttle #2 -
3:50pm - Westlake Village Inn pick up
4:00pm - Hyatt pick up
Complimentary valet service will be provided at the venue if you choose to drive. Uber and taxi are good options for getting to the venue, but you probably won't have any luck getting picked up after the wedding. Cell service up the hill isn't good, so they won't know where to find you unless you arrange it ahead of time. Be aware--the road is long and windy and there are no street lights after dark (only car headlights). For your safety, we encourage you to have a designated driver if you plan to drink!
Once you arrive at the entrance of the venue, it will take another 5-10 minutes to get there. So, please factor that into your driving time!
Very important: do not use your GPS as it will take you to the wrong exit off the 101. Directions to the venue:

Gowns and tuxedos are encouraged, but cocktail dresses and nice suit ensembles are great too. Please no jeans or casual attire.
Ladies, the ceremony and reception will take place on grass, so please wear appropriate footwear as to not ruin your heels. If you just can't part with your sky-high stilettos, and flats or wedges aren't your jam, try Solemates!
Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, so please dress accordingly. Temperatures should be comfortable during the day, but ladies should bring a wrap or shawl for the evening in case it gets chilly. We strongly advise having another cocktail and dancing up a storm to keep warm :).

We ask that guests arrive at 4:30pm to enjoy a welcome beverage and to have enough time to find a seat before our 5pm ceremony. Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail reception with open bar and passed appetizers before a sit down dinner and dancing.
The ceremony and reception will be an adults only event. We will be happy to help you explore babysitting options through the various hotels should you choose to travel with your children. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
